Key Responsibilities:

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team while developing your leadership experience:

• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Leading sections confidently during service
• Assisting with preparation for restaurant, café, and event service
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
• Helping train and guide junior team members
