We’re recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join a well-established and highly regarded venue on the Isle of Wight for the summer season through to the end of September. Working as a Junior Sous Chef on the Isle of Wight, you’ll be part of a supportive kitchen team, gaining exposure to fresh, seasonal cooking while building your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen:
- Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes and guest experiences
- Consistently produce dishes to a high standard
- Assist with menu development, including new recipes and specials
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Junior Sous Chef, you should have:
- Previous chef experience working with fresh produce at a good standard
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A genuine passion for food and eagerness to learn and develop
