What’s Involved?

• Supporting the Head Sommelier and senior team in the day-to-day running of the wine service
  · Delivering knowledgeable, confident, and engaging wine service to guests
  · Assisting with wine pairings, recommendations, and menu development
  · Maintaining cellar organisation, stock control, and supplier relationships
  · Upholding high standards of service, compliance, and hospitality excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
  · A genuine passion for wine, beverages, and guest experience
  · Confident, personable, and eager to continue learning and developing
  · Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  · A positive, professional, and proactive approach
