As a Hotel Sales Manager based in Winchester, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue across hotel and leisure services. Key responsibilities include:
You’ll be part of a dynamic commercial team, focused on growing market share and building long-term relationships:

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities
• Manage existing local and national accounts
• Conduct client visits, networking, and market analysis
• Represent the hotel at events and exhibitions
• Deliver measurable revenue growth across all segments

What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.

• Proven experience within Hospitality as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
• A proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region (commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke & Portsmouth)
