Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a unique, luxury hotel in South Devon and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Kitchen Porter to work as part of a team, under the direction of an Executive Chef, ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and that deliveries are checked and put away correctly.

What’s involved?
As a Hotel Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential cog in a busy kitchen; ensuring the kitchen team has access to clean crockery, pots, pans, and utensils, as well as cleaning all kitchen areas daily, including fridges, freezers and stores. You will also be responsible for checking and putting away deliveries, reporting any shortages to the Executive Chef. You should be an excellent team player, hardworking, and with excellent communication skills.
Please note: due to the remote location, this role may be more suited to someone with their own transport, as public transport in the area is limited.
