What you’ll be doing:
As Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll take ownership of the hotel during your shifts, ensuring smooth operations across all departments and delivering a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing both FOH and F&B operations with confidence
- Attending daily briefings to understand guest needs, VIPs and special occasions
- Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests in a warm, professional manner
- Handling guest requests, special requirements and complaints effectively
- Supporting teams to deliver a 5-star standard of service at all times
- Using OPERA Cloud knowledge (desirable) to support smooth hotel operations
- Driving between departments as required – a valid UK driving licence is essential
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a Hotel Duty Manager in New Milton with:
- Experience across front of house and F&B within a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to lead shifts independently
- A guest-focused mindset, ensuring every visitor enjoys a 5-star experience
- Knowledge of OPERA Cloud preferable but not essential
- A valid UK driving licence
