Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a group of High-quality Hotels in the Northern Highlands, this small luxury lodge-style Hotel has a dedicated Team and they need a Head Chef and a Front of House & F&B Manager to lead them.

• The hosts are the key faces of the business, providing hands-on hospitality to welcome both tourists and locals.
• Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the lodge, leading a small team, and achieving financial and business objectives.
• The food offering operates five days a week, guaranteeing the Head Chef two set days off every Sunday and Monday.
