Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation:

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and guest experiences
• Consistently produce high standards while mentoring junior team members
• Develop menus, recipes, and seasonal specials in line with budgets
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Work closely with front-of-house to ensure a seamless service

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef working with fresh produce
• Strong background in fast-paced kitchen environments
• A hands-on leader who can inspire and develop a team

• Due to location applicants must drive and have access to their own vehicle
