As a Head Chef working within a passionate, hands-on independent business, you’ll help redefine their food offering in Chef and play a pivotal role in building a modern, fresh-food concept. Set in the beautiful area of Alresford, with strong links to Winchester, this is an ideal role for a chef who thrives on creativity, autonomy, and genuine involvement in shaping a venue’s future.

Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you’ll take the lead on the kitchen’s evolution and daily operation:

• Re-create and launch an exciting new bistro-style dining concept
• Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations
• Work closely with the owners to design and develop fresh, seasonal menus
