Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a contract catering site in Dundee who are looking for a Head Chef to join their catering team for 3 weeks from Monday 9^th June.

0700-1430

What’s involved?

As a Head Chef in this school setting, you will be overseeing the food offering over Breakfast and Lunch – Monday to Friday 0700-1430.

Small breakfast operation, 2 lunch sittings for up to 100 children at 1st sitting and about 50 -60 at the 2nd sitting . Lunch is 2 Hot main courses, sides and vegetables and 1 dessert.

One stipulation is the school can only let someone on site who has a current PVG / Disclosure Scotland certificate ( ideally dated in the last 6 months).

Parking in Dundee is not easy, the school has no car park and most parking is metered. There is some free car parking available but not much
They are about 10 min walk from the train or bus station in the centre of Dundee.
