Package:

• £32,500 basic salary
• Estimated annual tronc of £7,000-£9,000
• Estimated earnings inclusive of tronc £39,500 to £41,500
• Please note: There is no staff accommodation available, so you’ll need to live locally or be willing to relocate to the Bruton, Somerset area.

What’s the role?
As Head Bartender, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional bar experience. You’ll support the bar management team while taking the lead creatively – from cocktail innovation to shaping a drinks list that sets the tone for this exceptional venue.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in high-end bar staff or luxury hospitality
• Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for service
