Key Responsibilities

You’ll take the lead in delivering a world-class guest journey:

• Oversee the Front of House operation, ensuring smooth daily and nightly running
• Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, seamless service
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay
• Communicate effectively across departments to enhance the guest experience through personalisation and attention to detail

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a hands-on and passionate hospitality professional who can inspire confidence and deliver exceptional service:

• Previous experience as a duty manager or similar within a luxury 5 star hotel environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in managing a high-end Front of House operation
• A car driver is essential
