Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on and people-focused role, you’ll:
- Create and maintain outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate services across departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Oversee VIP guest experiences with a personalised, luxury touch
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the property’s values and high standards
- Follow and uphold all departmental SOPs to ensure service consistency
