Role: Group Reservations Executive

Salary / Rate of pay: From £14.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4 Star Hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Reservations Executive to join their team on an immediate basis.

What’s in it for you when doing temporary work?

• Office hours, generally Monday to Friday
• Weekly pay (paid each Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate group reservations from initial inquiry through to confirmation and follow-up.
• Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Ensure all group reservations are accurately recorded in the system and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities through effective management of group rates and availability.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation for group bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Handle any issues or changes promptly, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential and with excellent Group Reservations knowledge ideally within London market.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Must have Cloud experience
• Immediately available with the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
