Group Finance Manager – Lead financial performance for a major Contract Catering business in London

What you’ll be doing:

As Group Finance Manager, you’ll lead a small finance team of two Assistants in this London Head Office while overseeing all aspects of financial performance for a major client account. This includes:

• Weekly, monthly, and annual financial analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• P&L statements and reviews
• Month-end and year-end reporting
• Building strong client relationships and liaising with Head Office and on-site teams

You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial performance is monitored, reported, and delivered with accuracy and insight.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Group Finance Manager role
• Strong track record in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership skills to manage and support a small finance team
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
• Previous experience within Contract Catering or Facilities Management is desirable but not essential
