What you’ll be doing:
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, from front-of-house leadership to financial control. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service while growing and developing a talented team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all outlet operations, ensuring high standards and consistency
• Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service
• Managing budgets and driving profitability
• Handling escalated guest feedback with professionalism
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with marketing to support events and promotions

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in a high-end hospitality setting. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A background in Pan Asian or Southeast Asian cuisine (highly desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of customer service standards
• A calm, organised approach to problem-solving
