As a General Assistant on the Isle of Skye, you’ll enjoy a hands-on position where no two days are the same. Working within a small hotel environment, you’ll support multiple departments while gaining valuable hospitality experience in a beautiful remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll play an important role across the property, including:

• Supporting Housekeeping operations and maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Waiting tables and providing excellent guest service
• Assisting with reception duties and guest enquiries
• Supporting the Chef with food preparation
• Helping with general duties across the site as required

What we’re looking for:

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality service, and basic cooking
• Experience within a guest house, inn, or small boutique hotel environment
• Immediate availability for the full seasonal placement
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• No other commitments during the placement period
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous due to the remote location
