What’s involved?
In this role, you’ll be assisting the business manager within the catering and retail outlets of this college. You will be assisting mainly front of house, but the client also needs someone that is flexible to work in the kitchen to pack and label food if need be.
You’ll work effectively as part of a team in the front of house, making sure restaurants are set for service – coffee machine set up/cleaning and operating – serve on the counters and day to day running of any catering outlet you are assigned too.
You’ll also contribute to the development and implementation of new and exciting processes to improve the operating systems.
