As a Front of House Supervisor in Inkpen, you’ll get:

• Competitive Pay: Earn £14 per hour.
• Consistent Hours: Work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
• Development: Support the General Manager and assist with the training and induction of new employees.

Your Responsibilities

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the management team. Your tasks will include:

• Supervising and running services in the bar, restaurant, and coffee shop.
• Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met.
• Assisting with daily reporting, ordering, and stock-taking.
• Managing bookings for both the hotel and the restaurant.

What We’re Looking For

We need a reliable and outgoing pub professional with a background in supervising a small team. You should have:

• A general understanding of service in a pub and coffee shop environment.
• Experience running busy shifts.
• The ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
