What’s involved in this F&B Operations Manager role?
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and delivering the company standard
- Delivery of Food & Beverage quality standards KPI’s, ensuring the team consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Assist in the recruitment, induction, retention and development of the team in conjunction with HR policies.
- Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times and review regularly
What’s required?
- Previous similar experience in a 5* Hotel as F&B Manager
- Food & Wine knowledge
- Commercial and Business awareness
