Role: Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Arboarth
Rate of pay: £12.21 (plus holiday)

Platinum Recruitment is on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Assistant in the Arboarth area to support a site starting asap ongoing until 18th July.

Monday to Friday – 35 hours a week.

• Monday- Friday 0630-1400 and 1400-2130 shifts available
• Work in a well-respected establishment
• Weekly pay (paid each Friday).
• Referral Scheme up to £250 via Platinum Recruitment.

What’s involved? – As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for

• Taking orders
• Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products
• Bar duties, preparing & serving drinks to customers, stock rotation, possible stock checks when required
• Booking Accommodation within the mess, Taking payment for Accommodation, Production of bills. Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required.
