About the role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting the catering and cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service. Based within a respected hospitality contract at Arboarth, this role suits a reliable and enthusiastic General Assistant who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys a hands-on role.

You must be able to drive or live locally due to the possible start time of 0600 on some days.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll help ensure all areas meet the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and service. Duties include:

• Maintaining accommodation and kitchen areas to a clean and hygienic standard
• Carrying out sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning in line with company procedures
• Supporting laundry operations and maintaining stock of supplies
• Ensuring all catering and galley equipment is clean and ready for use
• Assisting with meal preparation and food service
• Managing the pot wash area and following deep cleaning schedules
• Reporting maintenance issues and following all health and safety procedures
• Taking part in ongoing training and supporting company safety initiatives
