Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help guests feel their best through a range of wellness-focused activities:
- Deliver a variety of fitness classes
- Provide consultations, including one-to-one sessions, assessments, and wellness guidance
- Host wellness and mindfulness talks or workshops
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure every interaction is positive
- Work closely with the spa and wellness team, including flexibility for weekend shifts
- Provide shift cover as required
- Promote a healthy lifestyle throughout the retreat
- Support occasional fitness instructor tasks as needed
