From £45,000 p.a. plus bonus, depending on experience

What’s involved?
As Finance Controller you will include but are not limited to:

• Support the General Manager in leading in the hotels annual budget process
• Manage all aspects of the financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
• Management of payroll
• Line management of the finance team and their ongoing engagement plus development
• Mentor and develop the finance team members

Prior experience as a Finance Manager or FC from a preferably branded hotel is desired and ideally ONQ knowledge would be advantageous but not essential. Excellent attention to detail is essential as well as strong analytical skills.
