Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £14 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful Scottish Country hotel in the mountains of Glencoe, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a number of F&B Assistants to offer some relief support in the hospitality team bringing their skills as a waiter to the the table over the coming few weeks. This is an immediate start.

What’s involved?
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service throughout the restaurant and bar.
You must have experience working with a F&B environment as a waiter serving food and drinks within hotels or similar. Serving on the bar will be an advantage. You will be relied on to serve the a la carte menu, taking orders from guests and working closely with other team members and the kitchen. Bar experience is a plus. Whilst still in wedding season., you will be expected to be comfortable serving banquet style 3 course meals to guests of up to 120 people.
