A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Event Coordinator to join a growing and highly respected catering business in Winchester. This role is perfect for someone currently working in hospitality who has a passion for Events and wants to take the next step into a dedicated events career.

As an Event Coordinator in Winchester, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of Events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. Working closely with an experienced team, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and have clear progression towards an Event Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator in Winchester, you’ll support the planning and delivery of memorable events while ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Assist with planning, organising and coordinating a variety of events
• Manage event logistics including schedules, suppliers and staffing
• Support budgeting and supplier coordination
• Communicate with clients to ensure their event vision is delivered
• Assist with on-site event delivery and ensure smooth day-of operations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards
