What’s involved?
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, lounge, terrace, and events, ensuring the “guest journey” consistently exceeds 4-star expectations.
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse F&B team, fostering a culture of up selling and professional service flow.
- Event Management: Manage functions and high-end events from the initial enquiry through to seamless execution on the day.
- Strategic Oversight: Act as the primary Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the property’s performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Experience in a Deputy General Manager (DGM) or Operations Manager role within a large-scale 4* luxury leisure hotel.
- People Leadership: Exceptional management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large, multi-departmental team.
- Meticulous Standards: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for refined hospitality.
