• Taking ownership of the Conference & Banqueting operations and designated areas.
• Leading your team to deliver impeccable food & beverage service according to event timelines.
• Confidently setting up conference spaces to meet and exceed guest requirements.
• Ensuring all event suites within this Berkshire based venue are presented to the highest luxury
• Proactively anticipating guest needs and responding positively to requests.
• Contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
