What’s involved?

As the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will:

• Lead and train your support staff
• Organize and manage up to 50 casual staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team
• Previous experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager in a busy function and wedding venue is a must.
