What’s involved? As a Commis De Rang, you will be the backbone of the restaurant service. You must be a self-motivated, positive individual with a genuine passion for high-end service. You will support the Chef de Rang in managing stations, ensuring seamless food delivery, and maintaining the impeccable standards the guests expect. Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment is preferred, but a “can-do” attitude and a desire to learn are essential.
