Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Luxury Hotel in the scenic Purbeck area area who are looking for a Commis Chef to join their team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, starting in April 2024 with potential to go permanent.

What’s involved?

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie, Sous and Head Chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen; this can range from prep and cooking through to cleaning and organising stock. You will work over a mixture of breakfast, lunch and evening services gaining invaluable insight into how a high level, professional kitchen operates.
