Package

Hourly from £13.00 per hour (including holiday), depending on experience & roles

Key Responsibilities?

• Reception: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they check in and out. Handle enquiries efficiently and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Reservations: Manage bookings with precision. Assist guests in planning their stay by offering information on room availability and hotel services.
• Nights: Ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours. Handle late arrivals, manage overnight operations, and maintain security protocols.
• Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. Ensure a welcoming environment that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Requirement?

• Prior experience within Hotels or hospitality
• Experience of using Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, MEWS and Guestline are desired
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required during the festive period.
