Key Responsibilities:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen team:

• Oversee one of the kitchen sections during service
• Gain experience across all 4 sections to broaden your skills
• Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen service

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• A positive, friendly attitude and team-focused approach
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fresh food and high-quality ingredients
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role
