This role would ideally suit an confident Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the kitchen team, supporting him in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal chef de partie must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising the standard of food.
