What you’ll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll help deliver exceptional food experiences at this high-end, retreat-style venue in Dorset. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
Assisting with training junior chefs and kitchen team members
Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes

Previous experience in a Chef role within quality-driven kitchens
