We’re recruiting a Chef for a range of exciting hospitality clients in Woking, offering flexible work and strong hourly pay. This role suits an experienced kitchen professional looking for variety, consistency of work, and the chance to progress into a permanent position after a successful temp period. With opportunities also available around Reading, this is an ideal role for a confident Chef de Partie ready for their next step. This is a temp to perm booking, you will work 12 weeks with Platinum Recruitment as an agency Chef and then move to Aramark permanently.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards and smooth service, including:

• Managing and running a designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
• Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
• Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
• Working closely with the team to maintain consistency

• Strong cooking skills within your section
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• A good working knowledge of food safety standards
