Job Title: Central Support Chef
Location: Covering from Banbury to Heathrow to Bournemouth
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts & Hours: 45 hours per week
Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (Term time, inset days, and 3 additional weeks)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Central Support Chef, you’ll provide hands-on support across various school kitchens, including:
- Assisting in meal preparation and cooking in multiple school kitchens.
- Ensuring food quality and consistency across all locations.
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create balanced, nutritious meals.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in all kitchens.
- Offering support and guidance to kitchen teams, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Adhering to dietary requirements and food allergies to ensure students receive safe meals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled chef with experience in high-volume cooking, preferably in school or catering environments.
- Must be able to travel between schools from Banbury to Heathrow to Bournemouth.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to adapt to different kitchen environments and work efficiently under pressure.
