Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll provide flexible and efficient support across all catering areas, including:

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen, service, and dining areas
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance
• Assisting with food and drink service during operational hours
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Handling payments using cash and cashless systems
• Maintaining accurate till records and sales documentation
• Supporting the kitchen team with washing up duties
• Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries
• Completing basic hygiene documentation and administrative tasks

What we’re looking for

To be successful as a Catering Assistant, you’ll need:
