Are you a talented Chef looking for day time hours in the North Cotswolds area? Our Banbury based Client is looking for a Breakfast Chef to cater to the 30 bedroom hotel.

What’s involved?

• Prep and cook high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
• Cook and present delicious, well-plated breakfasts to high standards.
• Follow food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Ensure stock rotation and storage are properly managed.
• Communicate any issues, shortages, or special requests effectively.
• Support other sections of the kitchen when needed.
• Clean down your section and prepare for the following morning.
• Assist in ordering ingredients and checking stock levels.
