The role

Based at a luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire, this is a hands-on Bar role overseeing service across refined bar, lounge and dining areas. Supporting a 5* rosette-level fine dining operation, you’ll work closely with senior food and beverage leadership to maintain exceptional standards while developing the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing bar and lounge service within a top tier hospitality environment
• Delivering warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experiences
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge across wines, spirits and cocktails
• Supporting team development through coaching and leading by example
• Ensuring smooth, well-organised day-to-day operations

About you

This position will suit an established Bar Manager or a strong senior bartender ready to step up, with experience gained in 5 star luxury hotels or other top tier hospitality environments.

You’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for wine, spirits and cocktails
• Experience supporting high-end bar and dining operations
• WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge
• A sincere, guest-focused approach to service
• A resilient, hardworking and team-orientated mindset

Location & eligibility

Due to the rural location within Pembrokeshire, you may need your own transport and be able to commute or relocate as the venue does not offer live in.

You must also have the right to work in the UK.
