Key Responsibilities:
As Bar Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:

• Support team supervision, training, and scheduling reporting to the General Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
• Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
• Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
• Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
• Assist with opening/closing and service as required

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking someone ready to lead and inspire:

• Previous hospitality or bar management/supervisor experience
• Knowledge of wine and its pairings and origins (Or a passion to learn)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Passion for wine and delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment
