What you will be doing
You will:
Be hands-on and front-facing during busy service periods
Support high-volume breakfast and lunch service
Play an integral role in developing, coaching, and engaging the team
Help implement and maintain improved service standards
Support rotas, stock control, and daily operations
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
Work closely with senior management to drive consistency and performance
What we’re looking for
This role will suit you if:
You have proven experience as an Assistant Cafe Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
You come from busy retail restaurant or branded food operations
You’re confident leading from the floor in high-footfall environments
You’re organised, people-focused, and service-driven
You can reliably commute to a Hampshire location, including early starts
