Key responsibilities

As Assistant manager, you’ll be central to the success of a busy, high-profile site, including:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a large seasonal operation
• Leading and motivating teams in a venue delivering up to 600 covers per service during the peak summer season
• Driving exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Managing staff training, rotas, and performance
• Maintaining high standards across food and beverage delivery
• Ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Proven experience in busy, high-volume hospitality operations
