Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll help lead and develop the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards across the hotel:

• Inspect and update room status in PMS
• Supervise Room Attendants and check public areas
• Oversee linen storage and porter areas
• Liaise with reception and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Support duty management when required
• Lead on employee engagement, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who can bring leadership, organisation, and attention to detail:

• Previous Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a 4* or 5* property
• Strong knowledge of high-quality hotel housekeeping standards
• Confident managing duty shifts
• Organised, proactive, and guest-focused
