Key Responsibilities:

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the food and beverage operation, ensuring standards are consistently met.

  • Assist in supervising daily food and beverage operations

  • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed at all times

  • Support the delivery of events and functions

  • Monitor and control stock levels, working to KPIs

  • Oversee stock taking and cost control processes

  • Help manage rotas, onboarding, absence and recruitment systems

  • Coach and support team members to deliver excellent service

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry

  • Experience managing day-to-day food and beverage operations

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coach teams

  • Confidence using online systems for rostering, onboarding and administration

  • Experience running events and functions

  • Strong stock control and KPI management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A positive, self-motivated attitude
