What’s involved in this Assistant F&B Manager role:

• To assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the supervision of the Company’s day to day management within the park and ensuring all the companies standards and procedures are met.

What’s required?

• A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
• The ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
• Strong administrative skills to use online systems
• Experience at running numerous events and functions
• Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock working to KPIs and adding stock taking
• Branded food-led business experience
