As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the food and beverage operation, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Assist in supervising daily food and beverage operations
Ensure company standards and procedures are followed at all times
Support the delivery of events and functions
Monitor and control stock levels, working to KPIs
Oversee stock taking and cost control processes
Help manage rotas, onboarding, absence and recruitment systems
Coach and support team members to deliver excellent service
To succeed as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring:
A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
Experience managing day-to-day food and beverage operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coach teams
Confidence using online systems for rostering, onboarding and administration
Experience running events and functions
Strong stock control and KPI management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, self-motivated attitude
Experience within a branded, food-led business
