Salary / Rate of pay: £16.00 to £21.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment support several Hospitality Venues across Brockenhurst and The New Forest, working in a number of different venues such as hotels, restaurants, sporting events and contract catering roles. We are looking for skilled, professional chefs to put out on assignment to our loyal clients.

Average hourly rate –

• Chef De Partie – From £17.00
• Sous Chef – From £19.00
• Head Chef – from £21.00
