Agency Chef – Flexible Relief Chef Work – Earn Up to £21.00/hr + Weekly Pay

Rates of Pay:

• Chef de Partie – From £17.00 (inc. holiday pay)
• Sous Chef – From £19.00 (inc. holiday pay)
• Head Chef – From £21.00 (inc. holiday pay)

What you’ll be doing:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll support kitchens across the region, stepping in during busy periods, holidays, or staff shortages. You’ll be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality dishes that match each venue’s standards
• Adapt quickly to new environments and kitchen setups
• Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
• Communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking reliable, experienced Chefs who are ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in similar Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
• Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
• Excellent punctuality and a proactive attitude
• Two references to verify your experience
