What’s involved?
As a Pastry Chef you will work alongside their Head Pastry Chef to create visually and tasteful creations. Working with changes in the seasons, for their kitchen garden to maximise the possible offerings onsite.
You will have the opportunity to lead, tech and inspire their apprentices through the award-winning apprenticeship programme. As well as develop your knowledge through their onsite training, and become Head Pastry Chef of one of their 10 sites along the way .
