Key Responsibilities:

You’ll work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to deliver fresh, high-quality food.

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take responsibility for your section during service
• Support the wider kitchen team when required
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be suited to this role if you have a passion for fresh food and enjoy working as part of a busy hospitality team.

• Experience as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef, or Chef de Partie
• Experience in a restaurant, gastro pub, or wider hospitality setting
• A genuine passion for fresh food cookery
• A reliable, positive, and team-focused approach
• The enthusiasm to learn, develop, and progress your career
