Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the operation, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting and deputising for the Senior Manager when required
• Leading the onboarding, training and development of new team members
• Supervising room attendants, porters and linen attendants
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional standards
• Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed
• Managing the ordering, receipt and distribution of cleaning supplies
• Handling lost property in line with hotel procedures
• Delivering outstanding guest service through attention to detail and teamwork

What we’re looking for

This could be the ideal opportunity if you’re ready to take that next step. You’ll bring:

• Previous supervisory or senior housekeeping experience within a luxury property
• Experience in a medium to large-scale operation, ideally with 200+ bedrooms
• The ambition and confidence to progress into your first Head Housekeeper position
• Excellent communication skills and conversational fluency in English
• Confidence using hotel systems; knowledge of Knowcross would be advantageous
• A hands-on approach and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
