The Role

As Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests. Working within a highly skilled team, you will be responsible for overseeing your section, ensuring service runs smoothly and that every guest receives outstanding attention to detail.

You will be a visible presence on the restaurant floor, building rapport with guests, maintaining the highest service standards, and contributing to the continued success of this award-winning operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service throughout each shift
• Manage and oversee your designated section
• Ensure all guests receive warm, professional, and attentive service
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain seamless service standards
• Assist with training and supporting junior team members
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, wines, and beverages
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation and customer care

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Waiter/Waitress, or Senior Food & Beverage Assistant within a quality hospitality environment
• Experience within a Rosette-standard or fine dining restaurant is highly desirable
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
