Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to restaurant and bar guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard
• Set up and clear restaurant, breakfast, bar, and event areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
• Support weddings, private events, conferences, and restaurant operations

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waiting Staff Member, Restaurant Server, Food Runner, F&B Assistant, or Hospitality Assistant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Reliable and flexible with working hours
• Well-presented with a positive attitude
• Right to work in the UK
